Technical Support Specialist - Summer Assistant
The Summer Assistant role is to setup, inventory, and assign new devices, as well as assist in connecting all technology classroom equipment throughout the District.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Working Papers
2. Knowledge of computer hardware
3. Experience installing and troubleshooting printers
4. Interpersonal skills
5. Documentation skills
REPORTS TO:
Technology Coordinator
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Software installation
2. Computer set-up and inventory
3. Computer maintenance
4. All work requests assigned by the Technology Director
