About the job Technical Account Specialist
Netsurit is looking for a proactive and client-focused Technical Account Specialist to help clients improve their IT environments, strengthen service delivery, and unlock greater value from managed services and technology solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands managed services, IT cost models, client relationship management, and the tools that drive service performance and reporting.
About the Role
In this role, you will partner with clients to build and maintain technology roadmaps that improve their IT environments and support long-term business goals. You will work closely with service teams, vendors, and stakeholders to review performance, manage escalations, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements.
You will also support service and solution sales by applying your knowledge of managed services, IT operations, reporting tools, and client technology needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Help build technology roadmaps to improve client IT environments
- Support service and solution sales using knowledge of managed services and IT cost models
- Lead monthly client meetings to review service reports, IT projects, escalations,
- Identify and help mitigate service issues
- Communicate IT issues, business impacts, and remediation plans clearly to client stakeholders
- Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships
- Use Netsurit proprietary tools to deliver insights and support performance optimization
- Implement IT policies, process improvements, within client environments
- Analyze client needs and customize IT solutions using existing Netsurit tools and services
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience required
- Experience using the following:
- Connect Wise
- Microsoft CSP
- Bright Gauge
- N-able Remote Monitoring
Compensation: $101 171 per Annum
