CyberSecurity​/Systems Engineer

I have a full time opportunity for a Cyber Security Engineer to work onsite in East Hanover NJ with one of our mid size consulting firms. As the Cyber Security Engineer, you will be working with a broad customer base and continually-expanding product suite. This position requires you to integrate, deploy, and support IT and Cyber Security solutions for business customers.

This role is onsite 5 days.

• Support and deploy diverse IT business solutions, including:
  Cyber Security, Virtualization, and Cloud
• Perform Cyber Security Audits, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessments, Attack Simulations, and Threat Hunting
• Deploy and support cloud-based Cyber Security solutions in AWS and Azure
• Contribute to deployment of SOC and SIEM integration
• Configure and deploy emerging on-premise and cloud Cyber Security solutions, including Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR), Vulnerability Assessment, IDS/IPS, Next-Gen Firewalls, Threat Intelligence tools, and more
• Build and upgrade security posture for compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and NERC CIP
• Work on securing Critical Infrastructure on OT networks
• Design, deploy, and support VMware virtualization – ESXi, VMWare Horizon, and HA Clusters
• Develop and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions
• MSP/MSSP – Monitor, support, and maintain customer networks and security solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or relevant field
• Network and systems experience (3+ years)
• Cyber Security experience for IT and OT networks (3+ years)
• Bare metal install and support of VMware ESXi
• English written and verbal communication skills
