This senior role is an individual contributor supporting the Global Head of RGM, leading enterprise‑level RGM strategy and cross‑functional growth programs that accelerate net revenue, margin expansion, and market share across regions.
This role combines RGM subject‑matter expertise with transformation leadership, owning end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives from design through execution and capability scale‑up.
- Functional Skills – RGM; inclusive of key enablers (People, Process and Tools) and our RGM levers (Pricing, Trade Architecture, Trade Investment Optimization, Mix Management, and insights‑driven PPA). Lead large‑scale cross‑functional growth initiatives with measurable financial impact.
- Technical Knowledge – RGM analytics tools, advanced proficiency in advanced data & data analysis.
- Lead and shape strategic growth initiatives from prioritization to delivery and adoption.
- Bring the outside in when it comes to commercial strategy (5 RGM levers etc) and translate into plans to be deployed in partnership with BUs / Markets.
- Serve as enterprise RGM SME and advisor to senior commercial leadership.
- Design, implement, and scale RGM strategies across markets and channels.
- Build advanced analytics models (elasticity, simulation, scenario planning) to inform decisions.
- Develop global playbooks, capability roadmaps, and best‑practice frameworks.
- Drive organizational change, agile ways‑of‑working, and upskilling capability.
- Track KPIs, value delivery, and initiative ROI with structured governance.
- Understanding statistical modeling and elasticity computations. Proficiency in conducting simulations to support decisions with RGM 5 levers.
- Collaborate with digital‑commerce teams to develop RGM strategies for digital‑commerce opportunities.
- Own and oversee the rollout, adoption, change management and impact of activities associated with RGM products and services / strategic projects.
- Master’s Degree required.
- 10 years commercial & analytics experience, in both FMCG & consultancy firms, with the last 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Knowledge of the latest technologies and tools to aid RGM analytics and decision making.
- Ability and agility to drive and lead / manage cross‑functional projects.
The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; in addition to base salary, the position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results, and eligibility to participate in our long‑term incentive program.
