    • Monitor weekly progress with Scrum Masters and Data team leads
Business Owner & Process Owner Engagement

  • Build EPO and business participation plans with Data leads. Track business participation commitments and identify capacity or engagement risks.
  • Support cross-functional alignment when priorities or dependencies conflict.
SAP / IT Coordination
  • Work closely with SAP, Data and IT teams to align priorities
  • Provide visibility into Data delivery progress, risks, and dependencies impacting business readiness.
  • Ensure integration across process, data, reporting, and technology considerations at the portfolio level including customer, pricing, billing, and financial integration points.
Third-Party / System Integrator Coordination
  • Coordinate with System Integrators and third-party partners to ensure alignment to program governance standards.
  • Track high-level partner deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
  • Support issue escalation and reinforce expectations for quality, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Business Readiness & Adoption Support
  • Coordinate enterprise-level business readiness activities, including readiness baselining, planning, milestone tracking, and participation in design, testing, and training.
  • Partner with Data, Change, Training, and Communications leads to align readiness activities across initiatives.
  • Identify and escalate readiness risks related to timing, capacity, or adoption.
Risk, Dependency & Value Tracking
  • Maintain a portfolio-level view of risks, issues, and cross-initiative dependencies.
