Justin Alexander is looking for a strategic, data-driven Associate Director of Digital Marketing & Partnerships to lead our global digital marketing efforts across email, paid media, and media partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong command of performance data, equally comfortable shaping long-term vision and driving day-to-day execution. With two direct reports, this role drives measurable impact across both B2B and D2C channels.
This position reports into the Global Director of Marketing and is based out of our Springfield, NJ headquarters on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, Springfield, NJ; 1 day WFH).
What You’ll DoShape digital marketing for one of the most beloved names in bridal fashion:
Email Marketing (B2B + D2C)- Own and lead the global email strategy across both B2B and D2C audiences, including content, segmentation, personalization, data flows, and automations
- Oversee email execution end-to-end, implementing operational best practices and building processes that support channel management, actionable reporting, optimizations, and team efficiency
- Leverage data to identify optimization opportunities and refine strategies with a test-and-learn mindset
- Elevate email as a brand and communication channel, ensuring templates, copy, and creative are visually compelling, on-brand, and focus on clarity, audience and conversion
- Build and optimize automated, multi-channel journeys to enhance engagement; support new journey programs, ensuring operational feasibility, data readiness, and performance tracking
- Partner with and provide strategic direction to the Digital Marketing Manager to define KPIs and optimize deliverability, open rates/click-to-open rate (CTOR), click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates and engagement rates
- Partner with cross-functional partners including the broader marketing team, digital product, and design/merch to build scalable programs tied to key brand moments and launches
- Maintain a consistent brand voice with our retail partners while thoughtfully balancing storytelling for brides across digital communications
- Lead and oversee global paid media strategy and execution across search, social, display, video, and programmatic channels, spanning both co-op and brand programs across all markets
- Ground media strategy in our brand vision and business objectives, ensuring purposeful and cohesive execution across retail partner media and brand storytelling
- Own end-to-end digital marketing investment, including the planning process, budgets, optimizations, and billing, maximizing ROI/return on ad spend (ROAS), and driving effectiveness across all markets
- Partner with agency to define benchmarks and KPIs by channel, grounding targets in business goals and creating cross-team alignment on what success looks like and how it will be measured
- Champion a test-and-learn roadmap across all paid channels, identifying opportunities to pilot new platforms, formats, and strategies to stay ahead and competitive in the marketplace
- Manage agency relationships including scope, contracts, and performance discussions, ensuring partners are aligned, accountable, and delivering against expectations
- Work cross-functionally with marketing team, digital product, analytics, and design/merch to drive alignment between media strategy, website activations, and broader business objectives
- Partner with the broader marketing, social, influencer, analytics, and design/merch teams to ensure top-performing products are prominently featured in ad creative, and that assets are strategically and proactively briefed, developed, and optimized for each channel
- Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, platform changes, and the competitive landscape, bringing forward-thinking ideas that sharpen our approach
- Drive strategy and implementation for key media partnerships such as The Knot, evaluating opportunities to optimize for engagement and extend brand reach
