Data Center Technician - Kenilworth, NJ

Core Weave is an AI infrastructure company providing cloud services for artificial intelligence workloads. As a Data Center Technician, you will maintain the availability and reliability of Core Weave's data center environments through hands‑on hardware diagnostics, physical repair, and support of mission‑critical infrastructure in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs, including root cause analysis of failures
• Assemble, install, and maintain server and networking equipment, and perform maintenance of test and tool equipment
• Develop scripts to update server and networking hardware using scripting languages
• Respond to on‑site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes during on‑call rotations, and travel up to 10% to other data center locations as needed

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and assembly
• Experience working with Linux operating systems
• Experience in data center environments
• Ability to regularly transport and position equipment weighing up to 50 lbs and maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces
• Availability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 environment, including rotating on‑call shifts

• Experience with computer networking
• Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages
• Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT‑related field

Base salary range $65,000–$83,000 based on qualifications, experience, and location.
