Position: Temporary Waiver Processing Support (Part-time)

Position Type: Temporary (3 months)

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Department: Accounting/Finance

Pay Rage: $24–$27/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Waiver Processing Support Specialist to assist our clients Accounting team in managing lien waiver processing during a high-volume period. The ideal candidate will support the Accounts Receivable function and help ensure timely and accurate processing of customer-facing waiver documents. This role is essential in improving service levels and supporting a process transition.

What the Temporary Waiver Processing Support individual does

• Assist with the preparation and processing of lien waivers
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Utilize Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to support AR-related waiver activities
• Monitor waiver mailbox and ensure timely routing of requests
• Track and report waiver statuses to team lead
• Escalate urgent items to appropriate team members
• Collaborate with the internal accounting team and external stakeholders as needed

Required Qualification

• Prior experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processing
• Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or similar ERP system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the construction or building materials industry
• Notary Public certification
