POSITION As a (Senior) Product Designer in our Connect vertical, you will design adaptive, AI-led journeys that transform fragmented travel workflows into intuitive, intent-driven experiences. You will design the system logic and feedback loops for autonomous behaviors, ensuring high-trust interactions that anticipate user needs and reduce cognitive load. By leveraging quantitative data and A/B testing alongside qualitative insights, you will validate hypotheses to drive evidence-based decisions.
