L3 Data Platform Support Engineer

Location – Mount Laurel, NJ Duration – Fulltime Role

Provide L3 production support for enterprise data platforms built on Azure Data Lake, Databricks, PySpark, and Tiger Graph, ensuring stability, performance, and SLA adherence.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with ADLS Gen2 and Azure Databricks
• Advanced PySpark debugging and performance tuning
• Hands-on Tiger Graph (GSQL, loaders, schema, query performance)
• Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and ITSM tools
• Linux/Unix and Git knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities

• L3 support for ADLS, Databricks, PySpark jobs, and Tiger Graph platforms
• Perform deep RCA for data failures, performance issues, and incidents
• Troubleshoot batch/streaming pipelines, Databricks clusters, workflows, and graph queries
• Resolve data latency, quality, and ingestion issues
• Support production releases, hotfixes, and deployments
• Guide L2 teams and maintain runbooks/SOPs
• Participate in on call and shift-based support
