Claims E2E Transformation Project Lead
Lead end-to-end efforts for Claims E2E Transformation project implementations, enhancements, and upgrades. EDI, Devops. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand Guardian Life applications data flows, and system configurations. Validate Guardian Life applications components including calculation logic, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations. Perform functional, regression, Automation, integration, and UAT testing across multiple data sets. Manage test environments and coordinate with Dev Ops for deployment and defect resolution.
Track and report test metrics, defect trends, and quality KPIs to leadership. Mentor junior testers and enforce best practices in test automation, documentation, and traceability.
