Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)
Location:
Manhattan, NYC (3 days onsite) / Clinton, NJ office Duration: 10 Months
Experience:
12–18+ years overall / 8–10+ years in Pega
We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with expertise in Pega Platform (v24 and above) and AI-driven decisioning to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega solutions.
This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive end-to-end architecture, ensure adherence to best practices, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications in an Agile environment.
Required Skills & Experience Core Skills
- Pega Platform (PRPC) – Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) (Mandatory)
- Strong expertise in Pega architecture, design, and governance
- Experience with Pega AI, Decisioning, and Optimization
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and advanced SQL
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience with Postman (API testing)
- Experience with MABL (test automation)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience using Jira
