We are looking for a Technical Lead to lead the design and implementation of data spaces in advanced information sharing environments. The role combines architectural vision with technical leadership, being responsible for transforming principles of interoperability, data sovereignty, and trust into real and operational technological solutions. The selected person will act as a key figure in the end-to-end delivery of projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment between architecture, data governance, and business use cases within complex collaborative ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical definition and implementation of data spaces, from design to operation.
• Design architectures based on standards (IDS, Gaia-X), ensuring interoperability, data sovereignty, security, and trust.
• Translate business requirements into deployable technical solutions (connectors, catalogs, identity, access policies).
• Coordinate the implementation of key components (data connectors, catalogs, identity services, and data use control).
• Lead engineering, integration, and platform teams.
• Define and implement integration patterns (APIs, events, data exchange).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and collaborate in data governance.
• Supervise the complete lifecycle of the data space and promote good practices of Dev Ops, Data Ops, and MLOps, acting as a technical reference for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree (preferably Master’s in Big Data, Data Engineering, Software Architecture, or related fields).
• Certifications in Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience working in distributed architectures and data platforms.
• Knowledge of standards and frameworks for data sharing/data spaces (IDS, Gaia-X, etc.).
• Experience in integrating systems through APIs, events, or data-oriented architectures.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and data governance (GDPR, Data Act, etc.).
• Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
