Roles and Responsibilities
Configure, deploy, and manage Fivetran connectors across ERP, CRM, SaaS, databases, APIs, and flat files.
Monitor connector health, performance, and SLAs; troubleshoot and resolve data sync issues.
Onboard new data sources in collaboration with analytics and business teams.
Optimize ingestion pipelines for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
Design and implement self-service ingestion frameworks with governance controls and standardized templates.
Ensure secure, compliant data ingestion with RBAC, encryption, and audit trails.
Support downstream data transformations and collaborate on data quality monitoring.
5–7 years of experience with enterprise data platforms and data integration tools.
Hands‑on experience administering Fivetran in production environments.
Strong experience with cloud data platforms:
Databricks, Amazon Redshift.Expertise integrating SaaS systems (Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Net Suite, etc.).
Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of data governance, access control, and compliance frameworks.
Experience managing service requests and ingestion SLAs.
Experience with dbt, Airflow, or other orchestration tools.
Familiarity with data quality tools and observability platforms.
Experience building reusable ingestion frameworks or onboarding accelerators.
Understanding of Dev Ops/CI-CD practices for data pipelines.
Exposure to supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives.
