Risk Analytics Specialist Overview

Seeking an analytical professional to enhance risk monitoring, optimize technology solutions, and support data‑driven decision making. This role partners with business and technology teams to strengthen controls, improve reporting, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

• Analyze risk trends, performance metrics, and system effectiveness
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and actionable business insights
• Recommend process and technology improvements to enhance risk controls
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement operational enhancements
• Evaluate tools, workflows, and monitoring strategies to improve performance
• Support ongoing optimization and documentation of business processes

• 5+ years of experience in risk analytics, business systems, or technology‑focused operations
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working with enterprise monitoring or risk management platforms
• Knowledge of financial operations or other regulated business environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with analytics, automation, or business intelligence tools
• Background supporting enterprise technology or operational improvement initiatives
