RVCC is seeking a Part-Time Student Help Desk Student Aide to assist faculty, staff, and students at campus help desks. The role includes answering phones and emails, tracking tickets in Smart View, and providing hands-on troubleshooting for RVCC computers and labs.
As a credit-earning student, you will support technicians, image computers for deployment, and help keep labs fully functional. This position is ideal for an organized communicator with basic Windows, MacOS, and mobile OS knowledge.
