Salesforce Effectiveness Senior Manager

Location: Parsippany

Role Overview

· Seeking a candidate with strong Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)

experience, ideally coming from a consulting background .

Resource Level

· Senior Manager level.

· Will work closely with both vendors and operations/business stakeholders

- bridge the gap with IT internal end-user teams, stakeholders, executives, and

top-tier vendors aligned to SFDC.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze business performance and sales effectiveness data.

· Understand KPIs and business metrics.

· Challenge vendor recommendations and provide strategic input.

· Present findings, insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders.

· Act as the primary point of contact between the business and the vendor.

Environment

· OCE (Omnichannel Customer Engagement) environment.

· Supporting the Sales Compass (Will be trained) platform.

· Will work directly with the vendor that owns/provides the tool.

· Focus is on backend business support rather than hands-on administration

within the platform.

· Gather business requirements and communicate needs to the vendor.

Reporting & Presentations

· Create analyses and reporting outside of the Sales Compass tool.

· Develop PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

· Present updates and findings approximately 2-3 times per quarter.

Technical Skills

· Advanced Excel skills required, including:
Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Data analysis and reporting

· Ability to work with and interpret Power BI dashboards and

reporting.

· Experience with Service Now for ticket management is preferred.

Business Focus

· Primarily focused on sales analytics and reporting for director-level

stakeholders.

· Requires strong business acumen and the ability to analyze data, identify

trends, and provide actionable insights.

Industry Experience

· Strong pharmaceutical industryexperience REQUIRED

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
