Compliance wire Administrator / Learning Systems Consultant

Daiichi Sankyo is seeking an experienced Compliance Wire Administrator / Learning Systems Consultant to support a large-scale training governance and automation initiative within the IT organization. This individual will play a critical role in assessing, optimizing, and automating Compliance Wire user groups, curriculum assignments, and training workflows while helping modernize learning operations across a global organization. The goals are to streamline and automate Compliance Wire user assignment processes, reduce manual administrative effort associated with curriculum management, improve training governance and organizational alignment, establish scalable processes that support future organizational changes, and help position the organization for next-generation AI-enabled learning initiatives.

This resource will review and assess existing Compliance Wire user groups, curricula, and training assignment structures, validate current group ownership, membership, and training assignments across multiple IT functions, identify outdated, duplicate, or ineffective curriculum configurations resulting from organizational restructures and partner with business stakeholders to align training assignments with current organizational structures and job functions.
