Senior Platform Manager, SAP Security

Job Summary

Self‑driven, experienced information security and compliance leader needed to provide strategic and operational leadership across SAP Security and GRC functions for Mondelēz International. The role focuses on securing SAP S/4

HANA, BTP, Fiori and related platform systems within the RISE with SAP ECC environment while leading a team and partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Security Design, Architecture & Role Governance: Own the SAP role design standard, including role catalog governance, authorization concepts, segregation of duties frameworks, mitigation controls, and access request workflows. Lead security work streams for both greenfield and brownfield SAP implementations, ensuring designs are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise policy.
• GRC Configuration, Management & Segregation of Duties: Lead SAP GRC platform operations covering Access Control (AEM, ARM, BRM, EAM), Firefighter, emergency access management, periodic access reviews, SoD conflict analysis, and continuous controls monitoring.
• Audit Readiness & Compliance: Own SOX and internal/external audit readiness for the SAP Security landscape, manage access control evidence, risk logs, mitigation plans, and remediation tracking in partnership with Internal Audit, External Audit and Information Security. Respond to audit inquiries, identify control gaps, and drive remediation to closure.
• SI & Partner Governance: Govern security deliverables of systems integrators and vendor partners, ensuring secure solution design, adherence to standards, quality of security work products, and timely risk escalation and remediation.
• Security Architecture Partnership: Collaborate with SAP Technical leadership and Solution Architects to define and maintain secure solution patterns aligned to the RISE platform.
• Transformation & Go‑Live Security Leadership: Provide security leadership during go‑lives, cutovers, system refreshes, and environment provisioning, validating controls, provisioning access, and formally accepting or mitigating risks before each milestone.

• Proven experience in information security, compliance, and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of SAP security solutions and their applicability to complex enterprise environments.
• Expertise in developing security strategies, awareness campaigns, policies, standards, and governance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical security concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen and ability to influence business outcomes.
• Leadership and people management skills, with a track record of leading cross‑functional teams through large‑scale transformations.

The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940, varying with experience, skills, education and location. The role is eligible for a competitive bonus program based on performance.
