* We are seeking an experienced  
** AI Literacy Operations Lead
** to oversee the operational backbone of Johnson & Johnson's global AI Literacy program. This role is responsible for program governance, operational planning, delivery management, stakeholder coordination, vendor oversight, budget management, and performance measurement across a large-scale enterprise ecosystem.

The Operations Lead will ensure the successful execution of AI Literacy initiatives supporting approximately 15,000 employees across R&D. This individual will establish scalable operating models, drive execution excellence, manage risks and dependencies, and implement effective support frameworks that enable sustainable growth and adoption.

This position requires strong operational leadership, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
