Business Systems Analyst – Hybrid; NY-NJ-CT

The Business Systems Analyst reports to the Business Systems Lead, and will support and optimize Bauble Bar's core business applications, with a primary focus on Net Suite ERP and related operational systems. This role will work closely with the Systems Administrator and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable system solutions.

Core responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, supporting system enhancements, coordinating testing efforts, troubleshooting platform issues, and assisting with the execution of strategic technology initiatives. The Business Systems Analyst will partner closely with the Systems Administrator to support integrations, platform administration, and day-to-day system operations while collaborating with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and eCommerce teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

This position will play an important role in supporting Bauble Bar's growing technology ecosystem, including Net Suite, Shopify, Snap Fulfil WMS, and other integrated business applications. The Business Systems Analyst will help expand the team's capacity to support stakeholders across the business, drive operational improvements, and execute strategic systems initiatives. Together, the Business Systems Lead, Business Systems Analyst, and Systems Administrator will form the core Business Systems function responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and continued evolution of Bauble Bar's business applications and integrations.

• Gather, document, and refine business and system requirements from stakeholders across the organization
• Coordinate and assist in the implementation of system enhancements, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
• Support the administration and optimization of Net Suite ERP and related business applications
• Evaluate support requests and respond to users within agreed service level standards
• Interview users and stakeholders to gather additional information and clarify business requirements
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing, and validation for new enhancements and deployments
• Create and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, saved searches, and data analysis to support business operations
• Monitor data integrity across integrated systems and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Train and support end users on system functionality and best practices
