Strong communication (written and verbal) and critical thinking. Script writing in Python IAM Rule writing IBM Cloud Pak

JOB DUTIES:

Meet with stakeholders to understand data classification needs and create processes around gathering stakeholder requirements

Creating and maintaining partnering relationships with business leaders at director and manager level with the capability to provide interaction and executive level communications. Create an automated, scalable approach for data classification issue identification and remediation Create automated reporting for data classification issues Work with team members and stakeholders (including VZI, to take existing frameworks and evolve them to an efficient, effective, world class Data Classification offering

Collaborate with the governance team, data stewards, and business users to create, deploy, and monitor Data Classification rules.

Evaluate effectiveness of classification rule sets and present recommended modifications to improve system performance.

Extract, manipulate and evaluate accuracy of existing dictionaries and build processes to improve them.

Conceptual, creative thinker with ability to discover patterns in seemingly unconnected data points, and turn them into classification methods.

Provide guidance, interpretation and education on specific security policies across requesting organizations related to their projects and applications.
