SAP Integration Lead – SAP PO / BTP Integration Suite

Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago's Loop. We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to support a strategic implementation of SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud ALM. This role will be responsible for leading the integration workstream, supporting the modernization of the existing SAP integration landscape, and helping transition integrations from SAP Process Orchestration (PO) to SAP BTP Integration Suite.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on SAP integration experience, demonstrated expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite, and direct experience successfully migrating integrations from SAP PO to BTP. This individual will provide integration architecture leadership, coordinate offshore development resources, and work closely with project leadership to ensure successful delivery.

• Lead the overall SAP integration workstream for the SAP BTP Integration Suite implementation.
• Assess existing SAP PO integrations and support the strategy, design, and execution of their migration to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Develop and maintain the integration architecture and solution design for the target BTP environment.
• Define integration patterns, standards, technical approaches, and development guidelines.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Provide technical and architectural guidance to the offshore integration development team.
• Review offshore deliverables to ensure adherence to architecture, development standards, quality expectations, and project requirements.
• Identify integration dependencies, technical risks, issues, and potential impacts to project milestones.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, technical teams, architects, business stakeholders, and third-party resources.
• Support integration testing, defect resolution, deployment, cutover, and stabilization activities.
• Coordinate integration monitoring and operational-readiness activities as appropriate within the SAP Cloud ALM implementation.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to provide regular status updates regarding progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.
• Participate in critical onsite project activities in Carneys Point, New Jersey, as required.

• 7–8+ years of SAP Integration experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP BTP Integration Suite experience.
• Strong experience with SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO).
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• At least two projects involving migration of integrations from SAP PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Demonstrated experience with integration architecture and solution design.
• Ability to evaluate existing integrations and determine appropriate migration and modernization approaches.
• Experience leading or providing technical direction to offshore integration developers.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and project leadership.
• Ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment while collaborating across distributed teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Carneys Point, NJ during crucial project phases.

• Experience supporting SAP Cloud ALM as part of an SAP implementation or integration environment.
• Experience establishing integration monitoring, alerting, and operational-support processes.
• Previous experience serving as an Integration Lead or Integration Architect on a large SAP transformation.
• Experience coordinating onsite and offshore delivery teams.
