Sprinklr Platform Administrator

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr Requirement/Must Have: 10+ years of experience in IT Applications. Proven experience in administering and configuring the Sprinklr platform. Ability to manage user access, roles, permissions, workflows, and automation rules. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements. Ability to implement scalable solutions across social media, customer care, and engagement functions. Experience monitoring platform performance and managing incidents.

Ability to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track KPIs. Knowledge of platform governance and compliance with security and privacy standards. Responsibilities:
Administer and configure the Sprinklr platform, including user access, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and automation rules to support business operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Sprinklr solutions across social media, customer care, and engagement functions. Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with support to ensure optimal system availability. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track KPIs, measure platform adoption, and provide actionable business insights.

Establish platform governance, maintain documentation, conduct user training, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and organizational standards.
