Senior Manager, Inter and Supply Chain Automation

• Design, build, and deploy a multi-level Advanced Intercompany solution automating end-to-end Supply Chain and Intercompany processes
• Provide visibility into Innovative Medicine value chains
• Define and lead the strategic vision and prioritize technical features and enhancements for automation capabilities
• Lead end-to-end execution and delivery, including design, development, deployment, and ongoing operational support
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business partners to prioritize backlogs, manage platform constraints, resolve dependencies, and support demand intake
• Design and implement robust, scalable automation solutions within the Pharma Supply Chain ERP platform
• Drive business process standardization and develop strategic best-practice solutions
• Align capabilities with the SAP product roadmap and Transcend program standards
• Provide technical leadership in ERP architecture and integrations across end-to-end intercompany flows
• Oversee integrated builds with technical teams to ensure compliance, functionality, and performance
• Manage system testing phases and support business teams during User Acceptance Testing
• Maintain SDLC documentation, system configurations, compliance, and validation activities
• Assess solution capabilities against demand, complexity, and evolving business challenges to drive improvements
• Serve as JJT workstream lead for Value Chain and Supply Chain Automation initiatives
• Lead and motivate an international, cross-regional project team from design through deployment
• Coach, inspire, and provide strategic direction to the team
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10 years in Supply Chain Technology
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Intercompany Process
• 5 years’ proven track record implementing SAP ECC and S/4 HANA systems
• 3+ years of people management
• Deep end-to-end understanding of financial and logistical flows in multinational operations
• Understanding of SAP ERP integration across Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, and Financial Accounting
• System integration experience with the ERP ecosystem
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry
• Knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance regulations
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Management and documentation
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional self-organized teams
• Experience working in a global environment and leading teams across multiple countries
• Experience collaborating with and managing partners
• Strong problem-solving and analytical judgment
• Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA preferred
• Good understanding of SAP BTP and integration services preferred
• People management experience including developing, mentoring, and coaching preferred
• Experience in a global/regional setting preferred
• Experience in a large-scale business transformation program preferred
• Experience managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, and removing blockers preferred
• S4 Hana Certification preferred

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
