The ERP Systems Analyst will support, optimize, and enhance the company's ERP systems to improve operational efficiency within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Based in Swedesboro, this role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and alignment with business needs. Client Details A company in the FMCG industry located in Swedesboro. Description Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Collaborate with departments to identify system requirements and implement solutions. Develop and execute system testing to verify functionality and accuracy. Provide end-user support and training to maximize system utilization. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, implementing timely resolutions. Document processes, configurations, and system changes for reference and compliance. Assist in the integration of third-party applications with the ERP system. Work with external vendors to address technical needs and upgrades.

Profile A successful ERP Systems Analyst should have:

Experience with ERP systems in a professional setting. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in documenting system processes and configurations. Excellent communication skills for user support and training. Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a plus.
