We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, team coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, and impediment resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
- Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices
- Drive sprint execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments while managing delivery risks
- Ensure alignment between Agile teams and business priorities
- Track Agile metrics and provide transparent delivery/status reporting
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders on backlog management and delivery expectations
- Lead multiple Agile teams while effectively managing competing priorities
- 11+ years of Agile software delivery experience with significant Scrum Master experience
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and SDLC practices
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops, or similar Agile tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Scrum Master certification
- Experience with in the Banking & Financial Services industry
