No prior insurance experience? No problem! We provide full training and support to help you obtain your New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance license. This full‑time role offers a unique chance to learn the industry from the ground up while working with leading national carriers.

• Obtain a NJ Property & Casualty Insurance license (we provide support and assistance).
• Assist clients by phone, email, and in person with questions and policy changes.
• Educate customers about products, coverage options, and benefits.
• Process new business, renewals, and endorsements.
• Review existing client accounts to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Cross‑sell additional products when appropriate.

• Active NJ Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
• Insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Driven, self‑motivated, and competitive — with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable.
• Works hours are 9am‑5pm, Monday‑Friday.
• On‑site in Oaklyn, NJ (no remote or hybrid options).
