This role is hybrid out of Pennsauken, NJ – minimum of 1 day per week in office. At BAYADA Home Health Care, our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster who shares our mission of caring for people — ensuring that every claim is handled with empathy, integrity, and attention to detail.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage and resolve workers’ compensation claims with compassion and fairness, from first report through closure
- Partner with employees and service office leadership to support safe recovery and return to work
- Collaborate with Third Party Administrator to ensure claims are handled effectively and brought to the most cost‑effective resolution
- Handle a caseload of 100 – 150 active Workers’ Compensation claims, including litigated claims
- 3+ years of workers’ compensation adjusting experience
- Strong understanding of workers’ compensation laws and best practices
- Excellent communication and active listening skills — with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to mentor and train others

Compensation and Benefits- Base Salary: $70,000 - $82,000 / year depending on qualifications
- Bonus opportunity available

- Work life balance:
Monday‑Friday 8:30‑5pm hours - Benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, vision, dental and medical health plans, employer‑paid life insurance, 401k with company match, direct deposit and employee assistance program
