Senior Associate, Workers

This role is hybrid out of Pennsauken, NJ – minimum of 1 day per week in office. At BAYADA Home Health Care, our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster who shares our mission of caring for people — ensuring that every claim is handled with empathy, integrity, and attention to detail.

• Manage and resolve workers’ compensation claims with compassion and fairness, from first report through closure
• Partner with employees and service office leadership to support safe recovery and return to work
• Collaborate with Third Party Administrator to ensure claims are handled effectively and brought to the most cost‑effective resolution
• Handle a caseload of 100 – 150 active Workers’ Compensation claims, including litigated claims

• 3+ years of workers’ compensation adjusting experience
• Strong understanding of workers’ compensation laws and best practices
• Excellent communication and active listening skills — with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to mentor and train others

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $82,000 / year depending on qualifications
• Bonus opportunity available

  Monday‑Friday 8:30‑5pm hours
