Northern Valley Regional HS at Old Tappan is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Spanish for a leave replacement position to teach five sections of high school level Spanish 1 and 2.
The successful candidate will create an engaging and supportive classroom environment, incorporate communicative and immersive teaching strategies, and align instruction with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS).
Job Requirements:
* NJ DOE Teacher of Spanish
* Strong proficiency in Spanish and a passion for language instruction
* Ability to create an engaging, student centered learning environment

Salary Range:
$64,526 - $80,678 (prorated)

Additional Employment Requirements:
* Approved criminal history background check for district 3710
* Pass the Trash approval, full compliance with New Jersey Legislation P.L. 2018, c.5.
* Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
* Current residency in New Jersey or approved residency waiver, or candidate agreement to obtain residency within one year of employment.
