This is a full-service litigation firm of about 90 attorneys with strong statewide visibility — but the Land Use group itself operates like a boutique: six attorneys and six paralegals who handle zoning, redevelopment, variances, site-plan approvals, and board appearances for property owners, developers, and local businesses.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients before planning and zoning boards.

Advise on zoning changes, variances, special permits, and tax abatements.

Handle site plan approvals, redevelopment, and related real estate documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in land use, zoning, or real estate law.

NJ Bar required; NY/PA a plus.

Must be comfortable appearing before municipal boards.
