Family Law Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a well-established and growing family law practice in Clinton, NJ. This is a hybrid role offering strong compensation, reasonable billable expectations, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Handle family law matters from inception through resolution, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, domestic violence, and post-judgment issues
• Manage all phases of litigation, including strategy, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, hearings, and trials
• Conduct client consultations and provide thoughtful, strategic guidance in emotionally complex cases
• Collaborate with a skilled legal team while maintaining autonomy over your caseload

• 3+ years of family law experience preferred
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey (Pennsylvania a plus)
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client-management skills
• Ability to handle a busy caseload with professionalism and empathy

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
