Client Facing Estate Planning Attorney

Our rapidly growing client is seeking an experienced estate planning attorney to work alongside the firm’s partners, financial advisors, and CPAs to provide estate and business planning services to their clients.

• THIS IS A UNIQUE ATTORNEY ROLE based in Bridgewater, NJ. Are you sick of traditional Estae Planning roles? Are you charismatic and a terrific public speaker? Do you love helping people and making money at the same time? NJ BAR and client-facing deal closer is preferred. Our Attorney in this role was a go-getter and made 500K last year. We are growing and need another Attorney who has that entrepreneurial makeup and ability to utilize their Estate Planning legal experience with their charisma and B2B mindset.

Estate Planning Attorney Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal agreements
• Reviewing estate plans and other documents/agreements prepared by legal assistants.
• Public speaking and weekly presentations to clients
• NO COLD CALLS NEEDED!
• We set up the intakes, you present and close deals
• Assisting in the design and implementation of advanced estate planning solutions.
• Assisting in the design and implementation of charitable planning solutions.
• Read and interpret new tax laws and legislative updates.
• Educating the firm's financial advisors and CPAs about certain legal matters pertaining to typical clients.
• Explaining legal and financial aims to prospective clients so they can trust and understand

Estate Planning Attorney Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in good standing in New Jersey
• Minimum of 4 years of estate planning experience.
• Desire to meet with clients regularly.
