We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Corporate Counsel – Network Real Estate Transactions to provide strategic legal support on leasing and development activities that are critical to expanding and enhancing the company’s network real estate assets.
This role focuses on drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases, amendments, and related agreements that enable the rapid deployment and upgrade of our nationwide cell sites. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure deals are structured to support long‑term growth, operational flexibility, and compliance with applicable contractual and regulatory obligations. - Drive Strategic Negotiations: Lead negotiations for complex real estate agreements, including leases, amendments, easements, SNDAs, estoppel certificates, and more.
- Champion Regulatory Innovation: Analyze and influence local ordinances and codes to facilitate wireless infrastructure deployment. Act as a key subject matter expert for state and federal laws and regulations, shaping the future of wireless policy.
- Build Government Relationships: Forge impactful partnerships with state, local, and federal agencies to advance wireless deployment initiatives.
- Enhance Legal Efficiency: Design and implement tools and processes that streamline legal services and promote consistency across regions and functions.
- Lead Training Initiatives: Co‑create training materials and deliver sessions to T‑Mobile attorneys, development teams, and vendors, sharing best practices to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Optimize Cost Management: Oversee external legal resources and outside counsel, driving cost‑effective solutions aligned with T‑Mobile’s high standards.
- Educational Excellence: Juris Doctorate from an ABA‑accredited law school. Admission to a state bar, with eligibility to practice as in‑house counsel in New Jersey.

Experience:
2‑4 years of relevant in‑house or law firm experience, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver results. - Strategic Thinker: A team player with executive maturity and a track record of providing actionable legal advice.
- Efficiency Driver: Adept at managing high transaction volumes within ambitious time frames, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Collaborative Leader: A proactive collaborator with a “can‑do” attitude, excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Project Management Guru: Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and managing complex projects with precision and clarity.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school & admission and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 2‑4 years of on‑point in‑house and/or law firm real estate experience.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with other legal and business professionals with a focus on identifying efficiencies and delivering results.
- Results‑oriented and customer‑focused.
- Ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
