Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bergen County, NJ, supporting litigation in New York State and federal courts. This is a substantive litigation role, not merely an administrative position. The Paralegal will assist with drafting complaints, discovery requests, and motion papers; managing court filings; organizing evidence; and maintaining case strategy files. You will work closely with the attorney in developing cases from intake through resolution.
The role requires independent thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Qualifications- Experience in litigation and legal document preparation or willingness to learn
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability and willingness to integrate AI tools into workflow
- Exceptional organizational and deadline management skills
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred, not required

Salary range of $65,000–$70,000+, depending on experience.
