As a Workers' Compensation Associate, you will serve as a core member of our expanding New Jersey practice group. You will navigate complex legal and factual issues, developing sound defense strategies for a diverse roster of clients. • Comprehensive Claims Management: Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct well-reasoned legal research, and manage workers' compensation matters from inception through resolution.
• Litigation & Trial Advocacy: Draft high-level pleadings and motions, expertly manage written discovery, and independently handle court hearings and trials.
• Proactive Communication: Partner closely with clients, the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel, ensuring absolute clarity and adherence to all legal deadlines.
• Mobile Advocacy: Travel as needed for court appearances, client meetings, and depositions across the state.
• Collaborative Execution: Deliver efficient, high-quality legal services as a key member of a multidisciplinary team of over 130 legal professionals, upholding the highest standards of client service.

• Experience: 4-8 years of dedicated experience, with a primary focus on workers' compensation matters and a demonstrated interest in workers' compensation law.
• Academic Background: JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials and exceptional analytical skills.
• Bar Admission: Must be an active member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar.
• Skills: Excellent communication, research, writing, and analytical capabilities, paired with an extreme attention to detail.
