Supply Chain Coordinator

We are hiring a Supply Chain / Operations Coordinator to support Solato’s U.S. operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for capsule supply, inventory management (food & non-food), machine inventory and installations, and fulfillment
, with a strong focus on ERP accuracy and operational execution

If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, strong with numbers, and comfortable working in Excel and ERP systems

• Coordinate capsule supply and demand planning
• Manage inventory levels for capsules, consumables, machines, and accessories
• Support inbound, outbound, and cross-border shipments
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and build Excel-based trackers
• Track machine inventory and coordinate installations
• Support operational reporting and KPIs

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business
• Strong ERP experience (Net Suite, SAP B1, Odoo, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Comfortable managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
