Supply Chain Analyst

Payrate: $28.00 - $30.00/hr.

Summary: The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

• Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
• Demand Forecasting, Customer Process identification and improvement, Root Cause analysis, Sales trend analysis.
• Activities have a direct impact on both sales' revenue and profitability within the assigned account base. This position will also maintain strong relationships with customers as well as with

• Help to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet the customers requested delivery date
• Conduct Root Cause analysis
• Improvement Monthly Report Semi-annual preparation and monthly analysis
• Process Improvement, Sell Through Analysis (Customer), Sales Forecast to Actual Sales Analysis
• KPI (Baseline Improvement)
• Use of supply chain system for order management, reporting and forecasting

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years related professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations (flexible)
• Forecasting or Demand Planning within retail experience preferred.
• Experience in working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships with them
• Proficiency with Advanced Excel data management functions including advanced formulas, pivot tables, V-lookup’s, etc.
• Self-starter with strong focus on exceeding customer satisfaction goals
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
• SAP Experience a plus

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $28.00 - $30.00/hr non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
