Required Skills & Experience- 7+ years in Change Management, OCM, or Training/Readiness roles on large SAP programs
- Hands‑on experience supporting Supply Chain functions (MTI, STP, Logistics, Warehousing, or OT)
- Prior experience in SAP S/4
HANA or SAP ECC transformation programs - Strong ability to create communications, stakeholder messages, and readiness templates
- Experience engaging Key Users, Site Champions, and cross‑functional SC teams
- Comfortable with readiness metrics, KPIs, trackers, and reporting
- Ability to operate in a global matrixed environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Experience working with EMEA or Middle Eastern regions is a strong plus
- Multilingual skills are a plus (Arabic/European languages)
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or global Supply Chain environments
- Exposure to OT (Order‑to‑Delivery) or Log Ops change initiatives
