SummaryThis Supply Chain Co-op role is designed to support the Delivery and Compliance Analyst while building core supply chain skills within a global manufacturing organization. The co‑op will gain hands‑on experience across supply chain planning, delivery execution, compliance tracking, and cross‑functional coordination, developing a practical understanding of how supply chain decisions impact product quality, customer service, and operational performance. The role includes exposure to cross‑functional teams to help build a strong foundation in supply chain operations supporting the company’s portfolio of cordless, rechargeable water filtration and purification products.

- Coordinate with the Delivery and Compliance Analyst to support daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain workload
- Assist with tracking order status, delivery performance, and service‑level compliance metrics
- Support reporting and analysis related to supply, demand, inventory, and delivery performance
- Assist with tracking purchase orders, inbound and outbound shipments, and supplier performance
- Identify delivery exceptions, compliance gaps, and supply chain risks and escalate as needed
- Maintain and update supply chain, delivery, and compliance documentation and trackers
- Support process improvement initiatives related to delivery execution and compliance
- Assist with ERP system data entry, validation, and reporting (SAP preferred)
- Prepare ad‑hoc reports and summaries for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Participate in cross‑functional projects across supply chain, logistics, and operations
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field at a college or university
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required
- Exposure to ERP systems; SAP preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and cross‑functional teams
- Capable of working in an operational environment as needed (office and warehouse exposure)
