The Associate Supply Chain Planning Manager leads end-to-end service execution and short-term supply-demand balancing across a complex ice cream portfolio. This is a high-impact, demanding role requiring a driven leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. The role owns the 0–16 week service outlook, ensuring risks are proactively identified, root-caused, and resolved through clear strategy and decisive cross‑functional action. Acting as the integrator between S&OP and S&OE, this role aligns planning with execution, driving visibility, speed and accountability across Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Operations and Market teams.
WhatYou’ll Be Responsible For
- Enterprise Service Ownership & Strategy:
Own the end-to-end service outlook; ensure clear visibility of risks and recovery plans; define and execute response strategies balancing service, cost and waste; establish prioritization frameworks and escalation triggers. - Advanced Response Management & Risk Mitigation:
Identify and root‑cause systemic risks and network constraints; lead scenario planning and ensure clear mitigation actions; drive cross‑functional alignment and rapid issue resolution. - S&OP / S&OE Integration & Governance:
Own response planning inputs into DSR and executive reviews; align mid‑term planning with short‑term execution realities; lead governance forums and influence senior decision‑making. - Cross‑Functional Leadership & Influence:
Serve as the central point of accountability across Supply Chain functions; influence without authority across multiple stakeholders and leadership levels; drive a culture of ownership, accountability and execution discipline. - Communication & Leadership Visibility:
Lead executive communication on service performance, risks and actions; translate complexity into clear, data‑driven insights; ensure clarity on decisions, ownership and timelines. - Transformation & Capability Building:
Advance response planning through standardisation, analytics and AI; build and coach high‑performing teams in problem solving and scenario planning; drive continuous improvement to reduce inefficiencies and variability.

Pay range: $88,600 to $133,000. Bonus is available.
