Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist II – Non-Driver (Non-Auction). Role is an Individual Contributor with a hybrid work option (remote part of the week). Travel:
None. Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate $18.22 – $27.36/hour; eligible for additional compensation may include commission or incentives.

• Facilitate and manage the transportation process for customer vehicles within an assigned region.
• Verify vehicle status with pickup sites using real-time phone communication.
• Build relationships with Manheim Auction commercial teams and management; monitor and respond via recorded line systems.
• Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional communications.
• Enter all manual orders and process other AS400 system orders.
• Manage escalated Client Success VINs with peers and agents; monitor holds and verification delays.
• Dispatch and apply negotiation skills to increase margin; understand sales tactics.
• Enter actions in AutoIMS for delays, holds, cancellations, and ETAs.
• Follow up with carriers on multiple VINs daily; process fees and post-assessorial charges.
• Request Hold Harmless/Releases; investigate kickbacks of VINs by carriers to re-dispatch units.
• Hold carriers accountable to their plan; create and manage corrective actions for vendors.
• Monitor order entry failures and correct; manage margin awareness and tracking.
• Monitor and correct master data files for location errors; measure performance and report results to management.
• Compile vehicle transportation data and generate reports; follow all duties as directed by supervisor.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and effectively.

• Required: 1–3 years of administrative experience (automotive industry preferred).
• Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to deliver results.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills; high attention to detail and precise data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Preferred:
  Some college; 1+ years in transportation field or automotive auction house; 1+ years in sales or call center.
