Planning Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to support supply chain operations for a manufacturing organization near Saddle Brook, New Jersey. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping orders, records, and production-related documentation accurate and up to date in a fast-moving environment. The role works closely with planning, customer-facing teams, purchasing, and production to help ensure materials and order information move smoothly through the business.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchase orders in company systems with a high level of accuracy and within required timelines.
• Prepare, maintain, and revise bills of materials by following established documentation standards.
• Review production-related documentation and release work orders to support manufacturing schedules.
• Keep operational data current by updating system records and verifying information for accuracy.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the planning team as part of daily supply chain activities.
• Partner with customer service, purchasing, and production teams to address questions and resolve order issues efficiently.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and supporting documentation for easy access and audit readiness.
• Contribute to additional supply chain assignments and cross-functional projects as business needs evolve.
