Planner, External Supply (Contract) – Global Pharmaceutical Company
I'm recruiting for a Planner, External Supply opportunity supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in Titusville, NJ.
We're looking for supply chain professionals with experience in planning, SAP, and inventory management who thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
What You'll Do:- Manage external supply planning and material planning activities
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders and SAP transactions
- Balance inventory, customer demand, and production requirements
- Monitor inventory levels, OTIF, SLOB, stock availability, and supplier performance
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, QA/QC, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, IT, and external manufacturing partners
- Support S&OP, product launches, demand planning, and continuous process improvement
- Resolve day-to-day supply issues while maintaining continuity of supply
- Analyze demand trends and optimize inventory planning
- Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred)
- 4+ years of Supply Chain Planning, Operations, or related experience
- Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with inventory planning, material planning, purchasing, or supply planning
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- APO, OMP, or other planning systems
- Pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry experience
- APICS or Lean certification
- 100% onsite in Titusville, NJ
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Green Card holder)
- No C2C or third-party candidates
