Our client, a well-established logistics company headquartered in West Caldwell, NJ is expanding and looking to add a Purchasing Coordinator to their team.

The Purchasing Coordinator will join an existing team of 4 staff while reporting to the Purchasing Director of the Northeast Region.
The Purchasing Coordinator will act as a buyer/purchaser within the Warehouse team. Track inventory and communicate with vendors. Manage and create Excel spreadsheets to track materials. Assist the Purchasing team with distribution and logistics. Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and senior management.
The Purchasing Coordinator will have 4+ years of hands-on experience. High proficiency in Excel and Sage. Familiarity with purchasing, buying, and inventory.
Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
