Substitute Custodians are needed district‑wide on an as‑needed basis. Substitute Custodians provide a safe, clean and comfortable school environment by assisting with building and grounds maintenance.

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Criminal history background check
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
• New Jersey residency required
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Medical clearance from a job‑specific physical examination (scheduled by the District during the hiring process; the District covers the expense)
• $19.00 per hour
• No medical benefits
• At‑will position; not associated with any collective bargaining association
