Salary: $35/hr

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8‑5 PM

Sign‑on Bonus: $1,000 (one‑time)

• Assisting with the management of the onsite maintenance team
• Working closely with Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, and on‑site management team
• Providing leadership and guidance to foster a productive team environment and achieve property maintenance goals
• Providing effective training to new maintenance staff members
• Delivering professional, quality services to residents and responding to service requests in a timely manner
• Adhering to all applicable codes/standards and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols
• Providing effective maintenance management throughout all areas of the property
• Assisting with managing inventory, ordering, and delivery of approved supplies and equipment
• Performing various community maintenance services relating to plumbing repair, appliance repair, minor electrical repairs, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
• Assisting with the management of apartment turnover process for efficient resident move‑ins
• Establishing effective relationships with vendors and partners to maximize quality of service to residents and meet budgeting objectives

• Dedicated on‑site management and maintenance

• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Great people skills and a desire to provide residents an exceptional residential experience through superior in‑person service and quality maintenance management
• Thoughtful leadership skills to foster a supportive and productive onsite team environment
• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience as an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor or in a team environment
• A strong working knowledge of all aspects of multi‑family property maintenance
• Experience with working in various digital platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and industry‑related software platforms
• Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal codes and regulations
• Ability to maintain a “can do” attitude to ensure the property’s success
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays in an emergency situation
• Successful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employment
