Job Summary

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. Multiple Positions Available:
Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Service Helper, Maintenance Helper. We do prefer applicants who are available year-round and full-time, but we do have seasonal and part-time positions available.

In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. You will be responsible for the maintenance and/or repairs of residential swimming pools. Technicians act as the "lead" on a 1-man or 2-man crew. Helpers will assist the Technician in the completion of various tasks. Our Service and Maintenance crews provide the following services:
Physical and Chemical Maintenance, Openings and Closings, Repairs and Renovations, Deliveries, and Customer Orientations. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job, professional at all times, proficient in customer service, responsible, accountable, and punctual.

Responsibilities

Report daily no later than 8am

in uniform and ready to work

Check in with manager

be ready to deviate from your regular routine if needed

retrieve keys, binder, and phone

Retrieve daily route

discuss each job individually

Ready your truck

is your truck fueled, functioning properly, and safe to drive?

do you have all of the necessary supplies?

Help other crews if needed

do any coworkers need assistance?

Complete daily route

properly complete each job

safely use proper tools

safely use, store, and transport chemicals, equipment, and other supplies

maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

communicate with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have

relay messages and pertinent information to office staff

complete daily logs

Check in with Manager

on lunch

when en route to last job

help other crews if needed

Report to shop

clean out truck

dispose of trash

return unused supplies to inventory

make sure daily logs are completed

Report to Manager

check truck

return keys, binder, and phone

go over daily route

review any and all issues

Qualifications

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, standing for long periods, and withstanding weather conditions

Common knowledge of various tools

Willingness to work 60-80 hours per week

Willingness to work 10-14 hours per day

Proficiency in customer service

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in the swimming pool industry is not required, but is valued
