Job Overview
Full‑time Maintenance position at Legacy Communities. The role ensures the continued growth of the company by maintaining the appearance and functionality of the manufactured home community.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain landscaping around clubhouse, common areas, and parking.
- Conduct monthly manual water meter reads.
- Deliver notices and communications to residents.
- Communicate with residents for maintenance requests.
- Maintain landscaping and tidy common areas, including mowing, weed control, and trimming.
- Trash pickup throughout community daily.
- Shovel ice and maintain clear pathways during winter.
- Maintain community pool to comply with health and regulatory standards.
- Insulate meter pits during winter.
- Respond to after‑hour water and sewer emergencies.
- Troubleshoot and repair water/sewer breaks and broken meters.
- Perform preventative maintenance and follow‑up on all work.
- Conduct scheduled safety inspections.
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Great eye for detail and time management.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Primarily outdoors, 40 hours per week. Schedule may vary to include evenings or weekends.
