The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Property Management Company, is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated, and customer service-driven Make Ready Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community located in Maple Shade, NJ.
APARTMENT MAY BE INCLUDED WITH POSITION
- 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Independent leader/manager
- Strong communication skills
- Solid experience with training staff
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Customer service skills
- Team player mentality
- Must be skilled at basic carpentry, sheet rocking, tiling, painting, light plumbing, and electrical
- HVAC certification a plus
- Microsoft Office familiarity
- Snow plow experience desired
- Managing a team of Apartment Make-Ready team
- Organizing/prioritizing and coordinating with Leasing and Contractors to meet move-in deadlines
- Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance program and all snow removal efforts
